What does pre-ordering mean?
THE FASHION AGENT gives you early access to next season's designer collections. Shop within the real fashion timeline once the collections have been showcased on the official Fashion Week calendars globally. Customers buying on THE FASHION AGENT are:
- Buyers from Concept Stores, Retailers, Boutiques, and
- Gold Shoppers / Consumers, ensuring they get their hands on their most-loved designer piece of the upcoming season.

- You are helping fashion brands to manufacture only the units which are ordered by the customers, and by doing that
- You are helping to avoid garments getting wasted, no more landfills!
- Garment workers have better lead times to manufacture the pre-ordered styles resulting in better working conditions and economic growth.
- You are helping to reduce inequality within and among countries.
How do I pre-order?
Simply add the styles you love to your Shopping Bag and proceed to Checkout as usual.
You have two Payment Options:
- Full Payment or
- Partial Payment
If you choose Partial Payment, you have to pay a minimum of 50% of the total product price now during Checkout. You have to pay another 50% of the total product price before the pre-ordered products are shipped to you.
When will my Pre-Order arrive?
SS21 Collection pieces are available for Pre-Order until 24th of October 2020. They will be shipped to you between 15th and 28th of February 2021 and you should receive them latest by mid March 2021.
Once you have secured your item, we will ship it to you as soon as it becomes available. As soon as your pre-ordered piece has been sent, you’ll receive an email with the tracking details, so you know when to expect it.

Why do I need to select a shipping option for Pre-Orders?
Once your pre-ordered item is ready to be delivered, we’ll send it with the shipping option you selected at checkout. We’ll also email you once your order is on its way, so you can track its progress and know when it will arrive.
Can I change the size of my Pre-Order?
If you need to make any changes to the size of your Pre-Order, please contact us within 5 (five) days of placing your order. After this time, we won’t be able to make any changes. Terms & Conditions do apply.
Can I cancel a Pre-Order?
If you change your mind, please contact Customer Service who can assist to cancel your order for you within 5 (five) days of placing your order. Terms & Conditions do apply.
Can pre-ordered items be returned?
If your purchase isn’t quite right, you can return or exchange your Pre-Order on the stock receiving date. Terms & Conditions do apply. Simply contact our Customer Service team for assistance and email firstname.lastname@example.org
